These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made by consumers at Powernight.se. By completing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Sales Tax (VAT): All prices in the webshop are listed in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include the statutory 6% Value Added Tax (VAT).

• No Hidden Fees: Free shipping is included on all prices. There are no handling fees, processing fees, or hidden costs added at checkout.

• Payment Methods: We offer secure payment options in cooperation with [e.g., Klarna / Stripe / Swish]. Available payment methods and their specific terms will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days from the time we confirm your order.

• Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via DHL directly to your mailbox or to your nearest local pickup point.

• Delays: If a shipping delay occurs, we will notify you via email. In the event of a significant delivery delay, you have the right to cancel your purchase at no cost.

• Unclaimed Packages: For packages that are not picked up from the service point or are returned to us due to an incorrectly provided address, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 150 SEK (EUR 14). This fee is charged to cover our actual costs for return shipping and handling.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

• 14-Day Return Policy: In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your item.

• Exceptions to the Return Policy (Important): Our products are dietary supplements and are classified as food items for health and hygiene reasons. Therefore, the right of withdrawal applies only if the product’s seal, tamper-evident packaging, and plastic wrapping are completely unbroken. If you break the seal on the bottle, the right of withdrawal is immediately void, as the product cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

• Return Shipping: If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be securely packaged so it is not damaged during transit back to us.

• How to Make a Return: Contact us at info@powernight.se before sending the item back. Please provide your name, order number, and state that you wish to make a return.

5. Consumer Defect Claims (Warranty/Reklamation)

• The claim must be made within a reasonable time (within 2 months is always considered reasonable) after you discover the defect.

• Valid Defects: The claim right covers original manufacturing defects or damage caused during transit. It does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper storage (dietary supplements must be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight).

• Free of Charge for Approved Claims: For approved defect claims, we will cover the return shipping costs and either send a replacement product or issue a full refund. Always contact our customer service with photos of the defect before sending a faulty item back.
